We love making our brides and clients look awesome and have many tricks up our sleeves and perfectly applied individual lash extensions are one of the favourite “extras” that pretty much every K-Team bride & client goes for.
There are some great benefits to wearing them:
- They discreetly enhance the eyes creating a “wow!” effect – nobody needs to know they aren’t really yours;
- The corrective and anti-ageing effects – we can reshape the eyes using volume and length where needed: lifting heavy lids; elongating round eyes to achieve that perfect almond shape; and opening narrow eyes. With clever shaping techniques and an understanding of how to create the most flattering lashes we can also provide some great anti-ageing effects too;
- They’re easy to wear – they don’t peel off or cause discomfort; and
- Waterproof and happy-tear proof – won’t end up on your cheek half-way through the wedding ceremony! Once applied they stay put, sometimes for several days if you looked after carefully (as long as you don’t sleep face down like me :o)

They are easy to get wrong though – too long and too close to the outer edges and the results are the opposite of what we want. That’s why it pays to book your bridal or occasion makeup with experts who have a great deal of experience in dealing with all eye shapes and knowledge on how to enhance them for the maximum flattering effects.
